You’ve heard me speak a lot about the very real and present danger that school choice voucher programs pose to our public schools. They will defund and can thus pressure public schools to include whatever religious and/or political propaganda they want. Trump is already doing this in his push to destroy DEI Diversity Equity & Inclusion programs around the country and in pushes to force public schools to include things like the Bible, stories from it along with their moral narratives, the Ten Commandments, sometimes even a Christian flag to fly alongside the American one.
Its worth examining what the Christians are teaching their kids in their Christian Schools. This will help you better prepare to push back against this propaganda being taught or forced on your kids in public school.

These are of course just a few examples of many of propaganda in their comic strips they put in their textbooks. When Christians say they want to include the Bible, Bible stories and introduce children to characters in those stories, they mean they want to insert their morals and beliefs into the curriculum and this is a good example of how they have done this already.

My own experience being homeschooled then going to Christian school is that it did not adequately prepare me for college. I had to make up math courses and relearn parts of history that were completely not taught or were taught to me wrong. It was both an eye-opening and soul crushing experience; one that I don’t think any child should have to experience. We should be teaching not indoctrinating children. Education is a place to learn about core subjects, the arts, maybe something about mental health, its there to prepare you for the world not indoctrinate and enslave your mind. Unfortunately though it appears school choice will be naitional soon, giving your tax dollars to people who run schools with curriculums like this and more and more Christian fascists are forcing their way into schools, forcing the Bible and the Ten Commandments on students and using our taxes to do it.
And it’s not just that they want to push their political and religious propaganda through the schools or fund ones that do they also know its big money!
